Women Escaping A Violent Environment Hold Candlelight Vigil

Domestic Violence is the leading cause of injury to women.  Every year over 3 million women are severely abused by their husbands/boyfriends and thousands are KILLED.  Over 6 million children witness abuse and some are victims, being severely assaulted by family members or care takers. YOU can help make a difference in your life, your children’s, grandchildren’s or great grandchildren’s lives.  Make a choice to STOP THE PAIN & VIOLENCE in your life.  Just Remember IT’S NOT OUR FAULT no matter what anyone says or how guilty they may try to make you feel.  The shame and guilt you may feel belongs to the abuser.  If the abuser has threatened to kill you or themselves, take it very seriously and do not be alone with them.

WEAVE can help.
